Admission Policy
To ensure a smooth and transparent admission process, Akshaya College of Arts and Science (ACAS) follows a set of common policies and procedures. The guidelines outlined below are strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of the admission process.
Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

Application Process
Application Form
- Application for admission to any course must be made using the official Information Slip, which will be available at the ACAS Office.
Submission of Documents
- Completed Information Slips must be submitted to the Admission Officer along with:
- A photocopy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
- The mark sheet must be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Interview with Director/Principal
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a Call Letter
- Candidates should meet the Director or Principal with the Call Letter
Final Submission
- After the interview, candidates must complete the College Application Form issued by the college.
- The completed application form, along with all necessary documents, should be submitted to confirm admission.
