Complaint and Grievance Redressal Committee
A Centralized Confidential Students Complaint and Grievance Redressal Committee are reconstituted to address and resolve the grievances and complaints of students effectively. The committee is responsible for inquiring into the grievances and recommending appropriate actions at the institutional level for their resolution. Any student, facing issues related to academic or non-academic matters, may approach the committee members without hesitation. The committee ensures that all grievances are handled with confidentiality and impartiality.
Vision
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to foster a responsive and accountable environment among all stakeholders, thereby maintaining a harmonious educational atmosphere within the institute.
Mission
- Upholding the dignity of the Institution by ensuring a peaceful and positive atmosphere through the promotion of cordial student-student and student-teacher relationships.
- Advising students to refrain from inciting conflicts with other students, teachers, and the College administration.
- Maintaining a strict anti-ragging policy both within and outside the institution. Any violation of disciplinary rules or incidents of ragging should be promptly reported to the Principal.
- Encouraging students to express their grievances freely and openly without fear of victimization.
Objectives

- To establish a mechanism for the speedy and effective resolution of grievances.
- To offer appropriate counselling to students as part of the grievance resolution process.
- To promote cordial relationships among students and foster a supportive campus environment.
