The Training and Placement Cell of Akshaya College of Arts and Science continuously organizes industry-oriented skill enhancement programmes to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional expectations. Students receive practical exposure through coding bootcamps, communication skill development, aptitude enhancement, digital marketing, value-added courses, industry collaborations and placement-focused training programmes.
Every programme is carefully designed to improve employability, develop practical competencies, enhance confidence and create industry-ready graduates capable of succeeding in today's competitive job market.
Recent Skill Enhancement Initiatives
The following programmes represent some of the recent initiatives conducted by the Training & Placement Cell. Throughout the academic year, numerous technical, professional and career development programmes are organized in collaboration with industry experts and internal trainers.
Advanced Coding & Technical Interview Preparation
An intensive coding bootcamp focusing on programming logic, problem solving, data structures, algorithms and technical interview preparation. Students participated in live coding sessions, mock assessments and interview-oriented practice to strengthen their placement readiness.
Communication & Professional Skill Development
Students enhanced communication, aptitude, reasoning, presentation skills, professional etiquette and interview confidence through interactive sessions, group activities and workplace simulations.
Career Accelerator – Digital Marketing
Students received practical exposure in website creation, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva designing, Meta Business Suite, content marketing, branding and digital campaign planning through project-based learning.
