The committee operates under comprehensive guidelines and enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment. It is responsible for formulating principles and procedures to prevent and address sexual harassment, while also promoting gender equality. Through awareness programs and campaigns, the committee strives to eliminate gender bias, discrimination, sexual harassment, and other forms of gender-based violence for the benefit of the entire institution.,
