Women Welfare Empowerment Committee

The Women Welfare & Empowerment Committee at Akshaya College of Arts and Science is dedicated to foster the holistic development of female students and staff while promoting gender equality and socio-economic upliftment. The committee organizes diverse programs aimed at helping women recognize their true potential for personal growth and societal contribution. It also provides a supportive platform for women to share their experiences and discuss their role and status in society. Through a variety of activities and initiatives such as awareness programs, education, counselling, safety training, career guidance, networking, and financial empowerment the committee seeks to equip women with the emotional and mental freedom needed to make informed life decisions.
